House Keeping Room attendant Supervisor

 

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor located in Edmonton, AB. The Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include supervising room attendants, coordinating with laundry staff, inspecting rooms for cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role also involves training new housekeeping staff, managing schedules, and addressing any housekeeping issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Laundry and Cleaning Rooms
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Housekeeping management
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
