WOK & WINGS KITCHEN offers a unique fusion of flavours combining the bold and savory
taste of Asian and International cuisines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Determine the size of food portion & cost
? Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
? Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
? Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes of foods
? Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
? Inspect kitchens and food service areas
? Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food
? Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
? Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
? Clean the kitchen and work areas
? Manage kitchen preparations
? Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

CREDENTIALS:
? Certificates, licenses, memberships and courses (Food Safety Certificate, First Aid
Certificate)

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATION:
Specialize in Szechuan, Thai, and international cuisines
