Job Description:
- Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods according to Portuguese recipes in a high-volume wholesale bakery
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Ensure quality of baked products meet our standards
- Place orders for baking supplies
- Determine type and quantity of breads to be baked
Employment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience
