Cafeteria Supervisor (NOC 62020) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Cafeteria staffs
- Address and Resolve customer complaints
- Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages
- Total receipts and balance against sales
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
- Help in recruiting staff, making schedules & train other staffs as needed
- Manage cash register and train the new employees and educate them about safety procedures and sanitation.
- Assist all food service employees and provide necessary training to employees
- Perform regular inspection of, dish room area, and cafeteria for cleanliness and proper operation of equipment.
- Take orders and suggest menu
