Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our growing company. This will be a full-time and permanent position. The candidate must be a team player responsible for the hospital's daily operations. An ideal candidate is flexible, organized and has efficient interpersonal skills. The position requires the candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Position Details:

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Employment conditions: Day, Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend shift, On-call

Wages: $28.40 to 29.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per Week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Business & Work Location: Bradford, ON 

 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities at the hospital
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Perform data entry

Job Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP, preferably in business management.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
  • Applicant must be fluent in English.
  • Applicant must be organized, team player and have efficient interpersonal skills
