(FutureGen Communications) is authorized Telus & Koodo dealer.  We deal with individuals and businesses by providing mobiles, internet, TV Bundles, Home phones and Home Security cameras. We also deal with business plans specifically designed for companies depending upon the connections and services needed. We have multiple stores in lower mainland and are looking for a “General Manager Sales” to join our team in Surrey.

 

Position: General Manger Sales

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $50/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: A university degree or college diploma.

Experience: 1 to 2 years.

Location: 358-B, 8158, 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 1R1

 

General Manager Sales (NOC: 00014) will have to perform all of these duties:

  • Allocate material by overseeing the stock levels of mobile devices, accessories, and other merchandise. Allocate resources for maintaining and upgrading the store’s technological infrastructure, such as POS system, security systems, and other equipment.
  • Allocate human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs like budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Communicate and Co-ordinate the work of other departments such as marketing, finance, and other operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to resource allocation.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Ensure the store operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including safety standards, and business licensing requirements.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Balance resources to achieve the overall goals of the company, such as maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensure organization runs in profit.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Supervise: more than 20 people

Experience and Specialization: must have technical knowledge of Database, MS Excel, MS Office.

Area of Specialization: Operations management, sales, telecommunication, Development.
