Job Description:
Candidate should have experience in performing following duties to qualify for the post of an Operations Manager of our company:
- Allocate budget for manpower, inventory, assets, marketing, and administrative areas.
- Design and implement objectives and operation policies for the company and its programs while coordinating with all the concerned parties.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Allocate material, manpower and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs,
- establish procedures to manage finances and administrative areas.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns.
- Appoint managers and other staff members
- Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Build policies and ensure to get them implemented for positive working relationships within the staff.
- Design policies for sales and marketing and manage Sales Operations
- Resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
- Audit internal accounts and sales on regular basis, identify discrepancies and resolve errors if any.
- Regularly compile reports on sales, expenses, customer interactions and inventory, and forward required reports to the station owners.
