Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Be the deliverer of perfect guest experience by ensuring service as per established quality standards.
- Participate in the
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service.
- Follow and implement operational procedures.
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure the flow of inventory and maintain records for the same.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints with fair judgement and knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Guarantee compliance with the company’s performance ratios such as food and energy costs.
- May participate in marketing activities as outlined by the brand.
Job Details:
Salary: $16.30/hr
Full-time & Permanent position
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required.
- High School Diploma is required.
- People skills
- Able to manage priorities.
- Customer oriented
Language Requirements
- Verbal and written efficiency in English
