Job Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects to
ensure they are completed efficiently and according to specifications. You will be
responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and
ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address any
issues that arise
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.90 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
