Bookkeeper

 

• Location: 1848 Bonhill Rd, suite Unit # 4, Mississauga, ON L5T 1C4, CA.
• Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
• Salary: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Prepare and manage payroll for all employees.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Track and manage inventory levels and costs.
• Generate monthly financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Handle expense reporting and reimbursements.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.
