Job Title: General Manager-Sales

LocationBrampton, ON L6T 2J3

Salary: $64.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Play a critical role in driving sales performance, manage the sales team, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
  • Lead the individuals/teams in attaining the desired targets keeping in mind adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Monitoring and tracking maintenance performance and taking action to ensure KPIs are on track.
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and analyze sales data.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop pricing strategies and ensure they align with market conditions and company objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
  • Create Brand Building by representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Buisniess Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience of five or more years of sales and marketing in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct staff effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and operational challenges.
