Job description

Job Summary: The Analyst / Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO, manage company documents, assist in financial processing, and handle basic IT troubleshooting. This role requires a versatile individual who can perform general administrative tasks, analyze financial data, and develop efficient document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a document management system for efficient file organization.

Establish and maintain document control procedures to ensure version control, document security, and accessibility.

Assist the bookkeeper in processing financial documents and transactions.

Troubleshoot and configure computers, printers, faxes, and copiers.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Arrange and manage meetings, whether conducted virtually or in person.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Practice diligence and care when maintaining, monitoring, calculating, and summarizing data, records, and budget information.

Required Qualifications:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or analyst

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and BI tools

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to troubleshoot and configure office equipment (computers, printers, faxes, copiers)

Analytical skills to interpret financial data and KPIs

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be flexible with work hours

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in typing with exceptional accuracy

Ability to speak or understand Filipino language (nice to have but not required)

Pay: $17.60-$25.60 per hour
