Finance Officer

 

 

1 Full-time permanent Finance Officer  position available at 2787224 ONTARIO INC, located at 1550 Enterprise Road suite 305,Mississauga,ON, L4W 4P4

Main Duties to be completed as per the NOC:

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Post journal entries

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Prepare tax returns

Prepare trial balance of books

Reconcile accounts

Employment requirements

• Completion of College/ CEGEP
• Previous one year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$28.5 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
