We are seeking for an enthusiastic team member that will support our organization in the following.
Primary responsibilities:
? Assess the characteristics of programs alongside client and prospects opinion surveys to
understand the interests and concerns of key audiences, and guide strategic planning
and optimization of marketing and advertising strategies.
? Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Community
Engagement Coordinator, to enhance program visibility and attract new clients.
? Develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies to effectively communicate key
initiatives to the team, clients and key stakeholders while managing program logistics,
including creating detailed agendas, assigning expert speakers and mentors, and
reviewing essential documents such as business plans, sales deck, one pager, and
go-to-market strategies crafted by participating startups.
? Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of startup programs
are well-documented and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
? Collaborate with startups, mentors, and stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities,
solving challenges proactively to ensure program success.
? Lead the selection process for startups participating in programs, evaluating applications
and aligning selections with program goals and market demands.
? Ensure the timely dispatch of client invoices and service agreements working in liaison
with the Administrative Coordinator.
? Produce and analyze program performance data, including startup progress.
? Oversee focus groups to support client market validation, delivering actionable insights
and detailed reports to inform client decision-making.
? Build and nurture relationships with startups, investors, and international partners to
create a supportive ecosystem for global entrepreneurs.
? Organize and lead events such as bootcamp workshops, pitch sessions, mentorship
programs, and networking opportunities that address the specific startups' needs.
? Represent the organization as a spokesperson by hosting webinars and in-person
sessions, introducing Global Startups and their programs to partners in Canada and
internationally, with a particular focus on fostering relationships and expanding outreach
in Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina).
? Plan and execute special events and promotional activities designed to increase
engagement and brand recognition for the organization and its programs.
? Develop content, including reports, presentations, websites, sales decks, and branding
materials, to support Global Startups programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree (common fields of study) in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising & Communications or Project Management.
• 3 years minimum experience with an specialization in Communications, Brand Management, Program & Project Management.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MAC IOS, Google Suite, Canva, Keynote.
